In this module you'll discover what foods give you energy and what foods take away energy specifically for YOUR body.
Recognize your internal signals of when you're hungry and when you're full, preventing you from going long periods without eating, and preventing you from overeating!
Visualize the person/identity you want to create and become.
What self-sabotage behaviors do you have, whether it's consciously or sub-consciously. Recognize and be self-aware of how you may be preventing or slowing down your progress.
Getting healthy isn't just about WHAT you eat, but also about WHO you're being when you're eating, your environment when you're eating, and HOW you're eating.
What in your life needs attention? It could be related to health or something completely different that is affecting your health, but not directly related.
Our gut is NEVER wrong and I never say never :)
